Project summary: This project aims to experimentally explore a novel method for creating sub-wavelength acoustic generators in the 10–100 MHz frequency range. We have developed a new approach to synthesizing microwave resonators through microfluidic self-assembly, and we plan to exploit the system’s nonlinear multi-wave coupling to achieve this objective. The project brings together expertise in microfluidics, acoustics, and microwaves to foster a new synergy between two PSL laboratories.
