Smart Waves calls for proposals - Postdoctoral fellowships and equipment 2026

Smart Waves is launching its 2026 calls for proposals for postdoctoral fellowships and equipment funding!

For this edition, the program will fund:

  • 2 postdoctoral projects,
  • equipment projects in support of research on waves.

Projects must involve at least two teams from two distinct PSL laboratories, with a balanced scientific contribution.

Proposals must fall within one of the following thematic areas:

  • Information & complexity
  • Communications, analog computing, and wavefront shaping
  • Quantitative imaging
  • Innovative materials for waves

Postdoctoral projects must identify a prospective candidate at the time of submission and follow the official template. Interviews will be held during the second half of June to evaluate the candidates.
