The Smart Waves Major program, which aims to bring together a transdisciplinary community and promote innovative and disruptive research on waves, is launching its 2026 PhD project call.
For this edition, the program will fund 2 PhD projects (36 months).
Projects must involve at least two teams from two distinct PSL laboratories, with a balanced scientific contribution.
Proposals should align with one of the following thematic areas:
- Information and complexity
- Communications, analogue computing and wavefront shaping
- Quantitative imaging
- Innovative materials for waves
Projects must identify a prospective candidate at the time of submission and comply with the official template.
